HELP MY PAD DISAPPEARED

When I tell you I’m about to lose my mind I mean this is crazy I don’t believe in the new age witchcraft I never really witness supernatural but I need someone to tell me why I worn a pad for the first time in ages cause i ran out of tampons and wasn’t sure my period was coming it’s not here if your curious lol probably coming today tho anyways i went to sleep with the pad on and woke up too pee there was no pad on my undies when I tell you I looked everywhere incase I’d had fallen off including the bin IT DISAPPEARED I couldn’t find if it’s been a day!! What is this???
