Any success stories with letrozole for FET?

Hello, I’ve had two transfers. The first i had a miscarriage at 7 weeks and the 2nd one ended up as a chemical pregnancy. My doctor wants to try to put me on letrozole this time. Has anyone had any success with this medication?

Yes.  I’ve had two successful FETs with letrozole to force ovulation, then pio starting after ovulation 5 days before transfer and continuing through 8 weeks pregnant.  I didn’t respond to the fully medicated estrace and pio protocol.  My lining would never thicken, but the semi natural with letrozole did the trick for me!

Yes, i am having the same problem with the Estrace protocol so my doctor wants to try this. At this point I’m willing to try anything. Is this route alot faster?
