My husband and I have been trying for 7 months.  We are both in our 40s and I have children from a previous marriage but he has no children and we recently got married and have been trying.  Only the past few months have I been taking ovulation test to pinpoint the day.  I also have Thyroid issues which I have been told make it a little more difficult also trying to conceive.  I went to the doctor yesterday to have my blood taken to check my Thyroid levels.  I also ask the doc if if would check for pregnancy too because I was a few days late and the at home test came back negative.  My husband got the call this morning from the doctor saying yes I am pregnant.  He was grinning ear to eat when I came on the room telling me that he loved me over and over.  I am so excited and a little scared until we get the "okay everything is fine" from the doctor.
