New Choice test (Dollar tree hpt)

Any one had luck with these tests? I ordered a bunch of them to have on hand.

I took one today and there was no line in the first 10 min, but when I came back a little later, maybe 30 min or so, a very very faint line had showed up.. Should I disregard this line since it was after 10 minutes? Not sure if I should take a First Response test tomorrow morning or not.
