How to check cervix?

Question

The new update has a thing to check service for high or low, hard or soft. How do I know and check? What does my cervix feel like and what does each of those mean? Sorry this might be a silly question but I've never done that before or heard about doing it and it's reasoning. Thanks :)

Sorry I have no clue as far as that goes. Mine seem confusing as mine tend to be high and firm or low and soft (I think anyhow) which is supposed to be backwards or not possible. I'm just happy for now that have at least learned where they are. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help.

Monica it's supposed to be high, soft and open when you ovulate, then gradually change to low, firm and closed other times. If you check daily you can get a sense if how it changes for you. I have my fx for you this month! I just oed and hope we both get our BFP this month. Im not going to engage with the app after my temp rises though until AF or BFP comes because it makes my anxiety worse.

I have just learned myself and it shocked me. When it's hard and low it kind of feels like a nose. Then at times they can be either too high or too soft to feel. You check with your finger kind of like you would CM.
