Conception after Depo??

Question

So my Depo shot runs out in 3 weeks (HOORAY!!!!) and it can't come quick enough - I am sooo desperate to start trying for Baby #2!
​Just wanting to know how long it's taken anyone to fall pregnant after being on the depo? (I've been having it every 3 months for approx a year now)
​Any info/tips would be great! :)

I fell pregnant with my son the first month off of depo-was on 6 yrs continuously and never got a period in between stopping depo and becoming pregnant 3 years ago (we BD'd every day of that month). Now have been off for 7mos and still TTC #2. My periods resumed/regulated within 2mos after stopping depo this time. Every woman is different, it can take up to a year for you body to adjust, or it could happen right away. Good luck and baby dust!!

It took me 5 months to get my period back and ttc going on 10 months now! Wish I never had it but never mind what's do e us done gd luck x

Yes I recommend not going on depo if you want kids latter on.. Took me 8 months to fall pregnant with baby #2 I've heard of longer. Good luck! Baby dust ✨✨✨

I just stopped my depo also.my last shot was oct 2 i was due to get it again and just decided ttc my last child and tie my tubes.i have 4 beautiful baby girls and i REALLY want a boy.lol. But i didnt bleed at all during my depo and i have been trackig my bbt and cm cervix position and and am oing so it thats helps at all.hopefully it does for me and i get my bfp soon :)

I also recommend never getting back on that Depo! It has ugly side affects and it's not good for you.. There are other options on BC that are safer to use. Anything that takes away your period is so unnatural, and harmful to your presiouse body. But don't worry, you will bounce back! Keep your head up.. Much love to you.. And good luck!!

I was off the depo for a good 2-2 1/2 years before I ever got a period back... I am still ttc 4 years later... I am still not regular :( Good luck fxx!

Not trying to disappoint you but I've head it takes up to a year to regulate, but everyone is different, depending when you start getting your period. You should get ovulating kit to test if your ovulating.. And start taking vitamins and drink lots of fluids to flush the Depo out fast.. Good luck!!
