Does anyone know if drinking one cup of coffee a day interferes with fertility?

I asked my doctor this very same question last week. He said that 20 cups a day is bad for anyone, but that one or two cups a day shouldn't  interfere. He said his wife drank 2 cups a day with both of their kids and everything was great. He also told me to stop stressing every detail, and made the comment "Crackheads get pregnant so a little coffe is a-okay" :)

You can also check how much caffiene your coffee has. I'm a starbucks drinker so I knew I needed to adjust what I was getting and found an option that only has 75mg of caffiene in it. Most places have that info online. I hear 200mg is the max you should have a day- keeping in mind that chocolate, soda etc also has caffeine in it.

I'm still having my one cup every morning too. As long as you're not also drinking tea or coke throughout the day too, it's not a problem.

Hi, from what I've read, having one portion of caffeine a day is ok while trying to conceive, but it's better if you can avoid it completely. If I have regular coffee now I drink it with a lot of milk so it's not as strong. Hope this helps a bit!
