First + OPK but Glow doesn't recognise it

Hi

Very excited - just got my first positive OPK in 3 months!!

I have updated Glow but it still doesn't even think I'm into fertile window!!

I'm on CD13 and think I O last month on CD16 or 17 due to BBT only

Please help.... Anyone else had this?
