A week off...??

My cycle days aren't always the same. The last few months have been 34, 33,  28, 30. Everything I find online is showing my fertility week to have been the last week of January, but this app as it as starting on the 3rd. Well I haven't had a period this month and a test said positive. I'm not upset or mad, just confused. Can anyone explain this better??
