I have an question that I'm hoping someone can help me with. My husband and I have been ttc for over three years now. We had a miscarriage in November and I haven't had a period since. I started to see a new doctor about it recently and he put me back on femera I have been on if before and I have been told I am a clomid failure.  He said I should have a natural period within 3 weeks. Well lone behold she came rearing her ugly face and now I'm tying to figure out cycle days. I am suppose to start the medication In cycle day 3. I started spotting yesterday and it started full force today. I have never had a period spot before I'm wondering if today is day one or if yesterday was? I hope someone can help!
