Endometriosis

I had endometriosis about 10 years ago and had key hole surgery. Now I have been off the pill for 9 months I am getting similar symptoms again and my dr suspects its come back and I will need surgery again if so. Anyone else experiencing this and so causing difficulties conceiving or had this and surgery and have some success stories to give me a little hope. My DH keeps telling me to be positive but I am finding it hard!
