Best ways to conceive?

Kristyn • Trying for baby #2
My boyfriend and I have just recently started trying. I have been off birth control for 6 months now, I was on it for 7 years does that play a factor on how long it could take to get pregnant? I feel like I should be pregnant now. Very frustrating! What are some best ways to conceive or just some advice?

It's very different with each person. Some people come off birth control and get pregnant straight away! Others it may take up to a year. As long as your cycles are back to normal and your ovulating you should be fine. Do you use OPK's to check for ovulation? I am currently using OPK's use them from cd 10 onwards as some months I ovulate later than others and don't want to miss our window of opportunity! I am also trying fertility lubricant for the first time this month! Good luck to you. And I hope you get your BFP soon x

I'm ovulating in the next week or so (cd11 ATM) so god knows whether it will be on time or late again x
