Best ways to conceive?

It's very different with each person. Some people come off birth control and get pregnant straight away! Others it may take up to a year. As long as your cycles are back to normal and your ovulating you should be fine. Do you use OPK's to check for ovulation? I am currently using OPK's use them from cd 10 onwards as some months I ovulate later than others and don't want to miss our window of opportunity!
