Tips for razor burn 'down there'?

Every time I shave down South I get atrocious razor burn! My husband doesn't care but I really mind the way it looks and it hurts when my underwear rubs up against it! How do you prevent razor burn down there? I've tried exfoliation and different types of hair removal but as the hair grows back the follicles get badly inflamed it's like there's no preventing it.

I use the Gillette fusion men's razor. It's vibrates and I never get razor burn. I also use lotion after as well.

I use conditioner. Try a men's razor. It works for me

What I do, this may sound weird, is use conditioner as a substitute for shaving cream down there, I used to get crazy razor burn and that actually works for me. and i find the longer the hair is the less razor burn I get and I also don't shave against the direction the hairs are growing, hope that helps !

You don't have to shave your pubic area. Really. If you feel uncomfortable going natural, try trimming. Leave a centimeter or so and the hair will be soft--much softer and nicer to the touch than stubble.

I also have the same issue down south & underarms. I feel like I've tried everything but nothing completely treats it. It's so IRRITATING bc in The summer I have to shave everyday to wear sleeveless but I have to live w/breakouts. Even the Doce deodarabt that's supposed to help doesn't. And the aftershaves just burn & Good morning don't show any sign if relief. If I had the money I'd def do laser but that's nothing I can try in the near future so I'd def like sone ideas as well. Tried bikini zone too but if you have to shave days in a row it still doesn't help.

I use shampoo or conditioner to shave down there and my legs and my arms as it makes them feel softer, never had a razor burn xxxx

Laser hair removal. Or if thats too pricey try and wax at home (u get better with practice) and finally cheapest option is to use hair removal cream

Witch hazel and aloe Vera gel after you shave :) I also read that a little baby powder on your skin helps keep underwear from rubbing and irritating it so much.
