Okay, so I am having the worst night, feels just like a stomach bug.  I've never been pregnant but we've been trying for a while.  Would this be at all an early pregnancy sign?  Sorry to be so gross but it's painful gas, bloating, diarrhea, slight cramping... Did I mention bloating?  I might just be sick but I thought I would ask if anyone experienced the same early on.  Thanks!
