First appointment!

We have been TTC #3 (DH #1) for 2 yrs and I have finally got my first appointment with a gynocologist (excuse spelling) next week. I have already had a blood test and my hormones were fine and I'm ovulating etc. DH. Has had a count done and that was fine and normal. What's likely to happen at my first appointment? I'm in the UK so not sure if there would be any difference in treatment etc anywhere else so any advice or intel would be much appreciated!!
