Stupid question ?

Why is it bad to drink coffee while pregnant? I'm not pregnant yet but I read that it's bad. I also read that you will increase your chances of pregnancy if you drink little to no coffee. I LOVE coffee. I go to Starbucks almost every day. (I'm trying to stop).

Answer

1 coffee a day is okay. It is because of the caffeine. Caffeine isn't good for anyone especially a baby which is really small. I have had coffee from a very young age, (only like a mouth full a week) but I wish I hadn't. I quit drinking dark pop because of the caffeine. It can be dangerous. If you feel like you need to find out info about it you could google it or ask your doctor. Hope this helps. Gl and baby dust.
