Cramping

I know that some cramping is normal but how much is normal?
​Like I can't figure out if this is implantation cramping or that's already happened a couple days ago, if it's bowel digestion cramping, hungry cramping, or what it is. I have a drs app on Tuesday to confirm the pregnancy but I'm still a little worried :/ I'm 14 DPO and got my BFP on 11 DPO.
