Allergies while pregnant

I just found out I'm pregnant yesterday. I'm 5 weeks and 2 days. I've scheduled an appointment with my doctor for Monday. Last night I got TERRIBLE allergies, and I was sneezing non stop. I went to sleep and I was still sneezing. My nose even started bleeding a little bit. Is my baby going to be okay!? What kind of allergy medicine can I take while pregnant? I don't wanna harm my baby
