Should I text him?

Me and my boyfrjend was arguing last night (over something kinda stupid), and then while we was texting he fell asleep, and then I text him and said not to talk to me. He read my message at 8:15. Now he's not talking to me. Should I text him? (And yes, about to start my period.)
