How to make him last longer?

So I've only been saying my current bf 2 months, but he goes super fast like 10 seconds no lie. He says it's because I move and it just makes him go. I'm not one to just lay there. He also says it's because he hasn't had sex in a year before me. So my question is how can I make him last longer? Don't get me wrong sometimes he will go and like 10 minutes go again but this isn't all the time. He also hates going down on a girl which is so disappointing because my ex refused to he thought it was gross and so does my current boyfriend. I dunno if I can deal with that again.
