Low progesterone

I stop taking birth control in dec 2013. I saw the doctor in march 2014 and was given meroxyprogesterone. I took it for two months with a period. I didn't take it in June and no period so with all that I have read (no blood test yet) I am guessing I have low progesterone and feel I will not be able to have a period on my own again. Worried the road to conceiving will be more difficult then expected. Anyone have anything to share
