To do a test or wait?

Ok so here's the situation, I'm currently 2 days late for my period. I'm been feeling really tired over last couple of days and off my food but not nauseous. Today I've had really bad cramps but no sign of period. The top of my breasts feel tender and I've got zero discharge. Looking back at my log there is a small chance of pregnancy as we've been using the withdrawal method and had sex 3 days before ovulation. Not new to being pregnant but have had symptoms in the past that led to false alarms.
