Heat and headaches

My boss is super sensitive about is touching the thermostat - she has it set at 80! So I work all day in 80 degree heat. I'm also having intense headaches when I get home to my nice air conditioned house. I haven't told her I'm preggo yet as I don't want to deal with snarky (but generally harmless) remarks about pregnancy brain, etc. should I make a deal out of it? She's threatening to get locks for the thermostat if we keep turning it on. I just feel the headaches are from that somehow and they're getting pretty bad.
