Irregular Cycle/spotting

I've had problems for the last 6 years with spotting while on the pill. I stopped taking the pill the beginning of May as my husband and I are TTC and my cylces have been as follows since...

cycle 29 days in May spotted 3 days b4 AF which lasted 6 days

cycle 25 days in june spotted 2 days b4 AF which lasted 4 days

cycle 30 days in july spotted 6 days b4 AF which lasted 3 days

now i have been spotting since day 15 for 7 days now.

my spotting is dark brown and watery except for the small tissue like piece that you can see once and a while in the toilet after using the bathroom. Today Ive had a few weird pains in my abdomen and now a weird full feeling in my pelvic area.

Has anyone else had these problems? At what point should I see an OBGYN in regards to all of this? i dont want to jump the gun in going to see the doc but we are trying to conceive so I dont want to delay too long in case tgere is something hindering our ability to conceive.
