my twin brother is making my life miserable he beats me yells at me telling me i should go Jill myself (even though I just quit my depression meds) he said I was only depressed for attention my parents don't care that he does these things and thanks to him being an asshole i can't control my anger and if I try tot hit him back I should be the one to apologize does anyone know some tricks tot calm down faster and how to ignore him?
