Tender boobies

I've had pain and discomfort in my breasts for over a week which I've been documenting in my glow chart. Glow just told me tender breasts that lasts more then a week needs to be evaluated. Evaluated for what? Glow also told me that I was suppose to start my period on Saturday, which I didn't. Light cramping but no spotting. I'm a hyperchondriac and now a million different things are going through my head. Anyone else go through this sort of thing before I go freaking out?
