Domestic abuse is domestic abuse, no matter who hit who first. It is not acceptable for a woman to put her hands on a man just because she is a woman. A man has the right to protect and defend himself if he is attacked, just as a woman would if she was. Period.

If a woman is man enough to hit her man, then she can get it back. Sorry but that's how I feel. My husbands ex would constantly smack, punch, push him. And he only shoved her back once and she cried abuse, and she got sympathy. It's wrong. People shouldn't be hitting each other. It's wrong.

I agree that neither party should put their hands on each other, but there is a difference in self defense and domestic abuse! I he is restraining her from cause him further injury that's understandable...to hit her back is a no go!
