Weird abdominal cramps??

For the last few days I keep having abdominal cramping once or twice throughout the day. I also have been getting dizzy very frequently and easily as well as being always cold despite the mid august weather?? Also (tmi) I've been a little constipated which is extremely unusual for me though it's only slight. My appetite is fine and I still eat normal. My sleep has also beeb disturbed as well as my energy levels

I did have unprotected sex while ovulating which wasn't smart but we were using withdrawal. Could this be a possible pregnancy or something else I should look into?
