No period but not pregnant?

Question

So one of the weirdest things happened to me, where I didn't have my period at all.

​My fiancée and I freaked out and got a pregnancy test but it came out negative.

​So how else could I entirely miss my period? I will admit that there was some blood but not nearly enough to be my period (based off of previous periods).

​Also, what should I do? I'm not sure if I should take another pregnancy test or just go to my doctor?

I would at least take another pregnancy test before you go see your doctor. Sometimes your cycle can get messed up for a lot of reasons, if your second test comes out negative I would wait until next month and see if your period comes normally, but if you're really stressing about it just call your doctor to be sure!

My pregnancy test was negative as well. My now three year old is proof it was wrong. Lol.

Mine came out negative the whole time I was pregnant. Same with my mom and Grma. False negatives are a lot more popular now days than people know. Get a blood test done.
