Between 40-45 ttc

Have any of you ladies had any luck with them this age range, my girlfriend is in this range, and we are trying like crazy to have a baby. We have been on this App since it launched .She is 2 weeks late . Preg test after 1 week was neg. But she is irregular . She really wants a baby bad and I do to.... She had miscarriage in 2002. Although I had moved and didn't even know she was preg.....ANY ADVICE would help .....it's so hard in is every month . And neg. hoping test was wrong and is now....HELPHELP....ANYONE
