OPK CB-Advance Question

Hi there. Yesterday I had a lot of ewcm so I decided to take an OPK earlier in the day than I normally do. I tested at 3pm, result negative. Tested again at 10:30pm(my usual test time) and got a solid smilie Peak face. Shouldn't I have got a flashy High fertile face before my solid Peak?
