Please help !

He said their is fluid in their and he dont know what it is. Either could be really early pregnacy .. or chemical cause this time is totally different from the last time because he seen my ovaries and one of the ovulated. And know he said it was fertilized but has know idea where it went cause I didnt bleed or cramp. And my lining in my uterus is so thick right now . It should be in the second part of my menstrual cycle.

The dr staright told me he didnt know whatbit is no. lie. No he is blowing menoff cause he said he would figure it iut and call me back... but ive had pos hpt. But neg ones at the clinic.
