Truth or exaggerate?
I'm going to the doctors on Monday as not had period for 3 months, only spotting. So frustrating as I'm TTC baby number 2, and I'm sure I mustn't be ovulating else surely I'd have had a period if I was.
I read that doctors may not investigate until 6 months of no period, but I'm worried and really just want to know if there's a problem. I don't want to keep TTC for 3 months only to find I'm not actually even ovulating. Knowing the NHS (as I work in it) I have a feeling they'll just tell me to go back in another 3 months if still no AF :(
I am going to be honest with them about my dates etc, but it's tempting to exaggerate them to perhaps hurry things along. Has anyone else had trouble getting things investigated?
