Provera? ?

Starting provera today - for 10 days to induce a period. Has anyone done this before? I am scared it's going to be awful!

I feel a little crampy today, AF type of crampy.... i thought she wasnt supposed to come until after i stopped the last pill for the month? Oh well, I guess i will just wait it out for now.

That's weird it's for 10 days and the one I read for 14 days. I took 2 pills a day for 5 days. And started 5 days after the last pill.

I just took it for the first time earlier this month. I got my period 3 days after my last pill. I don't know if it's normal or not, but my cycle was extremely heavy with tons of clots (sorry if that's TMI).

Aunt flow arrived yesterday afternoon. Day 3 bloodwork tomorrow. Kinda nervous. Has anyone had the AMH, LH, FSH testing done?

I have PCOS and my gyno used to give it to induce my cycle, I dont like it cause it makes my cramps really bad. Ugh.?

So I had spotting yesterday then it went away, more spotting today, then it went away! I'm still taking it - I don't consider spotting to be a normal flow. Today I have had a bad upset stomach and acheyness/fever like symptoms! Not sure if Provera is to blame.

Anything awful yet? Haha, I feel fine taking it so far. I have had a sinus infection, so even if I was feeling slightly ill from it, id most likely have blamed it on my illness and not provera. I havent felt naseaous or dizzy yet. Howw about you? I am not looking foward to the wait for af tho...

I started my 10 day course on Monday. Then I can start my clomid once af happens. I have used it before without issues

I wish i saw this sooner!! I just started the same thing. Ive read some good things and bad things. I know it will not make you ovulate, but will induce a period and help to regulate the next one, thus if you are independently ovulating you can get pregnant. However, ive also read conflicting reviews that it can cause birth defects and miscarriage. My doctor told me it was perfectly safe to use and before i started my next cycle i would know if i was pregant or not. So i am trusting my doctors opinion and filter out the negatives :) someone on here has to have had success on it, ladies???
