Does your period date get affected by flying?

Hi!  I've noticed that the last couple of times I flew close to my period date, it started early ( up to 5 days! ). Has this happened to anyone else? I am wondering if I should talk to my doctor about it. Thank you for reading my post!

It definitely happened for me after flying from sydney to London. Think it's the stress of flying, jetlag etc

It's prob related to your stress level

Every time I flew, I pilled through my AF. I was on BC and was visiting the BF thing. Lol. So no period issues here. Lol
