I'm 19, pregnant with my first child and I'm terrified. I have a very low threshold for pain and honestly have no one to tell me what to expect. How much pain and how long will I hurt after baby is born . Idk, anything helps ! Advice on anything that has to do with the day of would help. ( what the heck do I pack for a hospital bag?) please no rude comments, just looking for some help and words of encouragement
