8 days late

I'm 8 days late on a 32 day cycle. I'm not sure if I ovulated late or not because I wasn't following my bbt at the beginning of the cycle. But my cm has varied from sticky to egg white for several days. I am not sure what to do at this point since all my test are neg. I have an appointment on monday. But I am feeling so down about this. Ive never been this late except when I got pregnant with my son.
