Losing weight! Healthy diet tips?
I am currently 159lbs and need to lose about 20-30 lbs. I'm not one for much exercise because I have excercise asthma and honestly I just don't like the feeling of sweating or being hot. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to lose some weight.
I am also not that great with dieting right now. I don't know how to keep up with healthy eating and excercise.
If anyone has any advice or tips on how to keep up with eating healthy, please don't be shy!!!!
