So I'm 14, my boyfriend is 15. We have been together for about 9 months. And I know he does not like when it almost that time of the month for me. He gets me all frustrated and I get all mad at him for no reason. Just him breathing makes me wanna choke him. But, I really don't want to. I'm worried this is gonna effect the relationship. When it's that time we always get into big fights and yell at each other a lot. When I talk about it with him I can tell he gets all grossed out however he's always understands what I'm saying. I need some tips on how to control my anger around him, is anyone could give me some tips, thanks!
