Always Late! ?.

I'm always late for my period by a week or more. I'm 16 and I've had my period for about 5 years. Any ideas why?

Everyone has different cycle lengths. A 28 day cycle is not necessarily the norm. Track your cycle for a few months to determine how many days they are. Average it out, and likely that's your cycle length. Then your period isn't "late," it's just a different length of time.

Being 16 is hard, even worse with hormones. Many women have a longer cycle than 28 days. Some are normal at 35 days! Just find your "normal" and get to know your body.

Most young women Are not regular. You may just want to go to the doctor And get on some birth control. It should regulate that for you :)
