Brown discharge... Is this normal??

I am 7 weeks along and used the restroom then when I wiped there was brown discharge/spotting! It looked like what you get at the beginning or end of your AF. I haven't been cramping but it is really throwing me off. I have had 3 previous miscarriges and I'm so scared this is the start of another! Anyone else have this... Please tell me it's normal!!

I too had this, during the past week... But only happened once, I've had a mc in May and I was terrified! But I've read that it's totally normal in the 1st trimester and especially if you're not having any other symptoms!

I have it too but im cramping too. I talked to my midwife and she said it's old blood from your cervix. Nothing it worry about. You should get worried if it turns bright pink.

I am experiencing this too and am almost 7wks.  It's only after I wipe in the bathroom.  I am going for a checkup this afternoon. Call you doctor and let them know what's going on.  I had a miscarriage in May 2013 and so it's all very scary but stress isn't good either.  So call your doctor just to be safe!!

Had doctor check it all out. Had another ultrasound and got to see the baby's heartbeat! ? He said I'm not as far along as we originally thought and that is may just be left over blood from implantation. He also started me on progesterone suppositories since my progesterone had dropped from a 5.6 to a 3.6 but my hcg levels are rising properly! Over all it was a great day! Thank you ladies for all the support!
