So I'm having really sharp pains all in my stomach and they come and go but there probably every 10 minutes or so. I didn't get a positive pregnancy test but I've been having symptoms. I started bleeding today not sure if it was a misscarrige or period. Please just say what you think I want to keep it to myself but I'm not sure.
