Being taking advantage of?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 4 years. Basically met eachother and haven't been apart since moved in with eachother immediately. He was on unemployment when we got together now he is starting his own business which I'm happy about but I feel like I'm putting my needs on the back burner... I'm paying 90% of the bill slighty struggling and I want to start a family and he keeps pushing it off. And I keep getting oh just wait in 4 years I'll be making so much money. I'm getting tired of the oh watch how much I'll be making...
