So my first baby I was pregnant with a  boy and had morning sickness very bad to the point I was throwing up everything I ate and this second pregnancy I'm opposite I get very mild morning sickness and don't get sick at all could it mean a I'm having a girl? I see the doctor on October 15th we haven't told our parents we are pregnant yet so I can't ask. But I do know when my mom was pregnant with me and my sister that she had no symptoms is that genetic? Cuz my cousin on my moms side had a girl and she was the same way.
