Cold symptoms at 9dp

Hi ladies I was 5 dpo Monday and had sore throat and it was gone the next day!

Now it's Friday 9dpo and I woke up with a stuffy nose and tired I don't know what's going on lol I keep hearing it could be pregnancy related but I don't want to get my hopes up
