BBT HELP? Can anyone explain the high spike?

Could be prego. Last time I had a bfp I had a big spike like that the day before I tested :)

What sort of thermometer do you have, and has it been reliable in the past? Are your temps frequently spiky? Could you be getting sick? Was your bedroom unusually warm? The last time I had a bizarrely high temp was in a hotel room with an overly thick comforter. All sorts of variables can come into play, and I always marvel at women with perfectly consistent temps.

It could really be anything. With bbt charting it's the overall pattern that matters. The single temps really don't mean much. Good luck either way!
