Gender blood test??

What is this gender blood test I'm hearing about? How soon can it be done? Is it really 100% accurate? & how is it done?

I did the harmony test around 12 weeks everything came back good and a 99.7% that DH and I are expecting our second baby BOY♡

There is one that is specific for gender guys! Not disease screening! It was invented by some japanese guy over a decade ago!
​What is does is look for Y cromossomes DNA on the mothers blood ( since she shouldn't have any, being a woman!) some baby cells go trhu the placenta and if it is a boy the test goes positive, if it is a girl the test goes negative!
​Starting 8 weeks is possible to do but accuracy at that tine for girls is only 74%. For boys is 99%! When you are 16 weeks the baby gender is formed so there is no mistake but it is much cheaper to do ultrassound check! Depending on baby position!

It is not so new. Here in Brazil is very commom but expensive. You can get it done on lab clinics! Here they'll let you do it at 12w but it is not 100% accurate. But it is very high accuracy. Never heard of anyone that got it wrong!
​Anyways, you cannot do it if expecting twins and if you are around 16w better do ultrassound

it's not for gender, it's for downs syndrome. 10 weeks u can do it. it cost extra to get the gender, most insurances won't cover that part

There are a few different ones. Materni-T21, Panorama, Harmony. Initially they were only offered to AMA moms but I'm 26 and had Panorama. Found out gender at 14w. It depends on your provider. It's not
