How long have you been on birth control?

I have been on Birth control off and on for 10 years. I am debating whether or not to quit it completely. I am currently 30 and was told that I could have problems getting pregnant (later on) due to my long term use of birth control.  Has anyone else been on birth control for a long period of time. Any advice.

It does take about 6 months to a year for your body to get used to not having the hormones in it but it shouldn't mean you will have problems

I've been on it 4 years. Missed 2 pills and was instantly pregnant... Depends on the person and circumstances how long it will take you to get pregnant when you get off.

The shot does cause infertility.... it's a proven fact. Buuuut with any other birth control you should be fine
