I apologize if this has already been discussed here. I feel as if Glow is very liberal with phase one. I usually begin using protection/barrier method on CD6 or 7 if dry but Glow gives many more days before showing fertile. For example, I technically would start using protection today but Glow gives me a full week before I'm fertile. Three days before it shows my fertile window, the percentage of fertility does go up to about 7 or 8% but that's just three days before. I just feel like that's kind if pushing it.
