TTC and now have a Cold

Good morning ladies, yesterday was my ovulation day. Today I've caught my DHs cold. I read up that apparently with a cold it lowers your immune system and with taking cold medicines can thinnen the CM and make getting pregnant easier. Being I've just caught my cold now.. Would this effect my chance of getting pregnant or do you think with my immune system being low would make it essier. If the myth is false, will having a cold now harm what we have already done? This month is the first month we've bd every other day, daily through the fertile window and not used any calendars or monitored. Hoping this doesn't ruin the chances
